    Over the past few months there have been a lot of questions regarding the photo gallery.
    The following should hopefully deal with most of them.

    Q1) I have registered but I cannot log in.

    Answer: When you first register, you will receive an automated email sent to the email address you provided. The email will contain a link, which you *must* click to validate your account. This is a simple security measure. If the link does not work when you click on it, copy and paste it into your internet browser.


    Q2) I have registered and have checked my email but I have not received an email! What now?

    Answer a) Check your "Junk" folder, especially if you use Hotmail. The email may have been moved there.
    Answer b) You may not have typed in your email address properly. Try registering again using *exactly* the same information. If it allows you to register, it means you made a typing error in your email address.
    Answer c) If you are sure you have typed in the correct information, email website@firstlisburn.org with your Full Name and User ID, and give an outline of the problem. It will be resolved as soon as possible.


    Q3) I have forgotten my password!

    Answer: Lost or forgotten passwords can be retrieved using the "recover password" page. This is accessible on the gallery home page. Recovering your password requires that your user account has an email address assigned, and that you have access to the listed email address. A confirmation will be emailed to you containing a link which you must visit to set a new password for your account. To prevent abuse, password recovery requests can not be attempted more than once in a 20 minute period. A recovery confirmation is valid for seven days. If it is not used during that time, it will be purged from the system and a new request will have to be made.


    Q4) I have forgotten my User ID!

    Answer: Email website@firstlisburn.org giving your Full Name and the email address you used when you first registered. Wait for an email in reply. More instructions will follow.


    Q5) I am a leader of an organisation within First Lisburn and I wish to upload photos - what do I do?

    Answer: Email website@firstlisburn.org with your Full Name, UserID, and organisation. You will receive further instructions at that stage.
