alternate Wed 8:15pm
10c Ivy Hill, Lisburn, BT28 3SL

Are you looking for a chance to get to know others within the congregation?

Are you searching for a way to examine what you believe but are afraid of asking questions in case you sound silly?

Well, so are we!

So we got together to help ourselves do exactly that.

We meet at Richard and Sue McNeight’s house (10C Ivy Hill Lisburn) every other Wednesday evening at 8:15pm

So far we have looked at video based series such as ''Christianity Explored'' and “6 Steps to Encouragement” and  most recently a series looking at the big story in our Old Testament. Each evening is usually a separate unit so it doesn’t matter if you are only able to come irregularly. There is always plenty of tea, coffee and food on the go too.You will be made feel very welcome.

We are going through Proverbs at the minute using the very practical teaching of Tim Keller from Redeemer Presbyterian in New York as a discussion starter. In Proverbs God teaches us how to live wisely.

Keller comments, "Wisdom is more than being moral and good. It is knowing how to choose the best option in the vast majority of cases, even when the ground rules are not clear."
