Q) I registered on the old photo gallery. Can’t I just sign in with those details?
A) No. The users database was not copied across due to the large amount of spam users. It only takes a moment to register again.

Q) I have registered but I cannot log in.
A) When you first register, you will receive an automated email sent to the email address you provided. The email will contain a link, which you must click to validate your account. This is a simple security measure. If the link does not work when you click on it, copy and paste it into your internet browser.

Q) I have registered and have checked my email but I have not received an email! What now?
A) Check your “Junk” folder as the email may have been moved there.
Alternatively, you may not have typed in your email address properly. Try registering again using exactly the same information. If it allows you to register, it means you made a typing error in your email address.

Q) I have forgotten my password
A) When you attempt to log in with an incorrect password, you will be prompted to try again, or request a password reset. If you decide to click the link to reset your password, enter your email address and the CAPTCHA code. A confirmation will be emailed to you containing a link which you must visit to set a new password for your account.

Q) I have forgotten my User ID
A) The gallery uses your email address as your User ID.

Q) I am a leader of an organisation within First Lisburn and I wish to upload photos – what do I do?
A) Email us with your full name and let us know which organisation you are from. You will receive further instructions at that stage.
