Lisburn Community Easter EGGsperience
First Lisburn Presbyterian Church are inviting local schools, organisations and businesses to design their own Easter display for the Lisburn Community Easter EGGsperience this Easter.
Here’s what we are asking…
We want you to design and make an Easter display in any way you wish. In order to fit in all the displays, let us know if your display is going to be bigger than say a square metre but it really can take any shape, be free-standing, or even sit on a table, so long as it has an egg of some sort in it.
The display can promote your business, school, or organisation or can take up a theme you choose. Each display should carry the name of the group which made it – and any details of the idea or the organisation you represent to promote your side of things.
The displays are placed in First Lisburn Church on Thursday 26th and Friday 27th March.
The floorspace of the building has flexible seating which is removed for the displays to be well presented.
The Lisburn Community Easter EGGsperience will then be opened by the Mayor and and the public can view the displays from:
- Monday 30th march to Friday 3rd April
- 10am to 5pm
- Late night viewing on Thursday
There is a Community EGGsperience Service on Sunday 5th April at 11am where the Mayor will award some prizes for the displays…
Lisburn Community Easter EGGsperience marks the completion of Project 325 – a project to mark the 325th anniversary of First Lisburn with a 755K re-modelling of the building.
